7 1.4 Before You Begin In order to ensure that your build ing experience with the Eleven Hundred will be a positive one, please take note of the following: While working inside your Eleven Hu ndred, keep your chassis on a fla t, stable surface. M ake sure your build en vironment is clean, w ell-lit, and fre e of dust.

9 2.1 Setting Up Put the case uprig ht on a flat, stable surface s o that the rear pan el (power sup ply and expansion sl ots) is facing you. To remove the l eft and right sid e panels, rem ove each of the two thu mbscrews fir st. Remove the panel by gripping the end of the pan el at the top & botto m and swinging the panel outward.
10 2. 3 Motherboard Installa tion Before proceeding: Check the manual fo r your CPU co oler to find out if th ere are steps y ou must do before installing the motherboard.
11 2. 4 Installing KUHLER H 2 O Liquid Coolers The following instru cts how to install the Antec KUHLER H 2 O liquid CPU cooler (620 / 920). F or any other CPU coolers, pleas e consult your manufacturer’s installation guid e. Caution : Check your motherb oard’s CPU soc ket to ensure its compatibility with th e KUHLER H 2 O.

13 Press down on the drive cover t abs. 2. 6 External 5.25” Device Installation Before you begin, you should rem ove the front bezel as direct ed in Section 2.2. 1. Remove the front bez el as directed in S ection 2.2. 2. Remove the dri ve bay cove r by pressing down on the cover tab s and then lifting the cover out from the inside of the bezel.
14 2. 7 Internal 2.5” D evic e Installation There are two dedi cated 2.5” dri ve bays in the El even Hund red. To install a 2.5” d rive: 1. With the side panel open, slid e your 2.5” drive into the drive bay so that the dri ve’s holes align with the drive bay h oles.
15 2. 8 Internal 3 .5” Devic e Installation The Eleven Hund red includes 6 pairs of 3.5” drive rails. You will need 1 pair per 3.5” drive. 1. Line up the drive rail pins to the sides of your 3. 5” drive. Ensure that the squ eeze-tabs are aligned on the side of your drive that does n ot have power or data connect ors.
16 Use the grom met-lined cable ro uting holes to rout e PSU cables. 2. 9 Cable Managemen t There is a cable managemen t compartment bet ween the motherb oard and right side panel, as well as cable ties located on the back of the motherboard pa nel. You can tuc k excess ca bles in this compartment or r oute them to the dri ve bays.

20 3.5 Rewiring Motherboa rd Header Connections There may co me a time wh en you need to rec onfigure the pin-out of a motherboard header c onnector. Examples could be f or your USB header, audio input h eader, or some other front p anel connector such as the Power Butt on connector.

22 4.1 Includ ed Fans The Eleven Hund red comes with t wo standard single-speed fans (yellow outline) – a rear 120 mm fan and a top 2 00 mm blu e LED fan. You can turn the top fan’s LED off using the switch on the back of the cha ssis. The red rectangle s indicate additional fan mounts.
23 Internal intake 120 mm fans Just outside of the 3.5” drive bay ar ea are two fan mounts for 120 mm internal intake fan s. 1. Align your fan with th e pegs that corr espond with the fan screw h oles on the fan. 2. Push your fan into the slot until secure.
24 4.3 Air Filters There are two filter s in the Eleven hundred that can be removed and cl eaned: the front filt er and the PSU intake filter. You can acces s the front filter by opening the fr ont door and pushing down on the tabs at th e top of the filter.
