3 Prior to assembly , remove components from the box and verify that all the listed parts were supplied. Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with pre- existing health problems.

Assembly 5.
STEP 1 Attach Rubber Pads (15) to underside of Base Frame (10). Attach Uprights (1,2,3,4) to Base Frame (10) using: 8 x (21) Bolt M12x75 16 x (24) W asher M12 8 x (23) Nylon Lock Nut M12 Note: Numbers on Uprights should face inward toward center of unit.
STEP 2 Assemble Slide Holders (6,7,8,9) onto uprights as shown above. Do not move on to STEP 3 before the Slide Holders are attached correctly . 7 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.
Connect T op Frame to Uprights using: 2 x (12) Steel Plate 4 x (20) Bolt M12x100 4 x (21) Bolt M12x75 2 x (22) Bolt M12x95 20 x (24) W asher M12 10 x (23) Nylon Lock Nut M12 STEP 3 8 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.
