Prior to assembly , remove components from the box and verify that all the listed parts were supplied. Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician.
5 Assembly.
6 STEP 1 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Connect P ad Support Frame (3) to the Front and Back Base (1 and 2) using Bolts (14), W ashers (10) and Nylon Nuts (11).
7 STEP 2 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Slide R oller Pad T ubes (4) through the holes on the P ad Support Frame (3). Attach F oam Padding (8) to both sides of the R oller Pad T ube (4) and hold in place using a Plug (7) on each side.
8 STEP 3 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Attach P ad (5) to the Pad Support Fr ame (3) using Bolts (9) W ashers (10).
