4 Prior to assembly , remove components from the box and verify that all the listed parts were supplied. Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with pre- existing health problems.

6 STEP 2 STEP 1 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Connect Main Frame (2) to Front Base (5) by securing with Bolt (18), W ashers (19) and Nylon Lock Nut (20). Place EZ Slides (11) into Main Fr ame (2). Slide Upright Frame (1) into Main Frame (2).
STEP 3 STEP 4 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Slide Roller Pad T ubes (6) into holes in Main Frame (2). Slide Upholstered Roller P ads (10) onto R oller P ad T ubes (6). Secure with Roller P ad T ube Caps (12).
