You should find a rear endcap (large plastic piece that fits over the rear roller area), and owner’s manual packet with bolts and screws for assembly.

Pr ogram and Operating Instructions ♦ Heart Rate Control Instructions (EC3350 only) ♦ HEART RATE PROGRAM MODE ♦ The Heart Rat e program is de sign ed to keep your heart rate a desired level of “beats per minute” by autom atically adju sting the incline.
Each program contains 10 segments or intervals. For in stance, a 30 m inute program will have 10 three-minut e segments (30 minutes divided by 10). Also , each preset progr am may be customized for speed , incline, or both. Please see “Program and Operating Ins truct ions” to customize each program.

Your treadmill will operate in British Units (miles per hour) or Inte rn ational Units (kilometers per hour). All treadmills are calibrated at th e factory for British Units (miles per hour). To change the display to read in kilometers, follow the steps described here: 1) Turn power OFF on the console.
WARNING! Before performing any maintenance to your treadmill, always unplug the power cord from the surge protector. CLEANING: Routine cleaning of your treadmill will extend the life of your treadmill.
Treadmill will not start. 1) Is the RED Safety Key Attached to the Console? 2) Make sure the power cord is plugged into a surge protector, the su rge protector is plugged into a properly grounded outlet, and the surge protector is turned on. (Refer to “Power Requirements”) 3) Check the circuit breaker locate d on the front of the treadmill.
