480i IP Pho ne User Guid e 7 Using the 480i Phone Using the 480i Phon e Hard keys There are hard keys on y our phone, such as Hold, Red ial, Xfer, Icom and Co nf that are c onfigure d for these call-handling featu r es. These keys are static and cannot be reprog rammed or changed.
