INST ALLING THE DUST BAG 1. Squeeze the two tabs on the neck of the dust bag to open the spring clip wide enough to slip the dust bag opening over the rim of the dust port. Make sure the bag is pushed past the locking ridge. 2. Rotate the bag until the zipper is facing down.

3. Tighten the locknut on the bevel adjustment screw . TO ALIGN THE BEVEL INDICA TOR: 1. Loosen the locknut and adjust the bevel indicator up or down until it aligns with the 0° mark. 2. Tighten the locknut. ADJUSTING THE BEVEL When the handle assembly is against the bevel hex nut, the bevel indicator should be at the 45° mark.
If a saw blade shows signs of wear or damage, replace it immediately . Dull or damaged saw blades are not safe and may cause personal injury . AL WA YS make sure the saw is unplugged and the blade stopped before changing blades. NEVER use a blade larger than 10" in diameter .

If the angles are not correct, the mouldings will not fit flush with the wall, the ceiling or each other . Always practice on scrap material before attempting to cut the final workpiece.
Make sure the lower blade guard is operating properly before each use. If the lower blade guard is damaged or missing, do not use your saw . Never use solvent or harsh detergents to clean the lower blade guard. Solvent will damage the plastic. Clean with a damp cloth only .
