3 IMPORT ANT PRECAUTIONS – Read First! 2 Safety W ar nings When using this product, basic precautions should alwa ys be follow ed: • Read all the instructions before using the product. • High pressure jets can be dangerous if subject to misuse. The jet m ust not be directed at persons, animals , electr ical de vices, or the machine itself .
4 Step 1 Inser t wheels into side holes at the bottom of the pressure washer and snap into place. IMPORT ANT PRECAUTIONS – continued PRECAUTIONS ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS Step 2 Place the wheel carriage onto the mounting brac kets on the sides of the washer and align the four holes .
5 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS Step 2 Inser t the spray w and of your choice . Press in against the spring tension and twist into the lock ed position. Step 1 Connect the high pressure hose to the high pressure outlet. Step 3 Connect the garden hose to the water inlet.
6 This nozzle features a steady po werful high pressure spra y patter n, for general cleaning. This nozzle features a 0º pencil jet which rotates 360º f or maximum dir t cutting action, eff ectively increasing cleaning perf ormance up to 40%.
7 WORKING WITH DETERGENTS Step 1 Remove the High pressure nozzle. Note : No detergent in high-pressure mode Detergents can only be applied at low pressure. Step 3 T urn on the pressure washer. Pull trigger to operate unit: Liquid detergent is drawn into the unit and mix ed with water .
8 Step 6 Disconnect the high pressure hose from the high pressure outlet. Step 1 Engage the gun safety loc k. 1. Disconnect all w ater connections. 2. T urn on the machine for a few seconds , until the water which had remained in the pump exits . T ur n off immediately .
9 Deck Cleaning (with or without detergent) Pre-rinse deck and surrounding area with fresh water . If using Kärcher Deck W ash , place detergent suction tube directly into cleaning solution and apply to surface at low pressure. For best results, limit y our work area to smaller sections of approximately 25 square f eet.
10 Barbecue Grills, Outdoor Power Equipment & Gardening T ools (with or without detergent) Pre-rinse cleaning surface with fresh water . If using Kärcher Pressure W ash or Degreaser , place detergent suction tube directly into cleaning solution and apply detergent at low pressure .
11 TROUBLESHOOTING Disconnect the machine from the power source bef ore making any repair . Symptom Motor will not start Unit does not reach high pressure. Output pressure varies high and low . Cause On/Off switch is in the “OFF” (O) position. Power cor d is not plugged in.
