2 Carefully read all instructions before operating the Kambrook Dual Food Processor & Blender for the first time and save for future reference. Remove and safely discard any packaging material and promotional labels before using the food processor for the first time.
3 Fully unwind the power cord before use. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a bench or table, touch hot surfaces or become knotted. T o protect against electric shock do not immerse the power cord, power plug or motor base in water or any other liquid.

6 USING YOUR KAMBROOK DUAL FOOD PROCESSOR & BLENDER Before first use remove and safely discard any promotional labels and wash the blender jug, food processor bowl and all blades in warm, soapy water . Dry thoroughly . AL L BL ADE S M UST B E H AND LE D C ARE FU LL Y AS T HEY A RE SH ARP! Place the motor base on a level, flat surface.
7 USING THE PROCESSING BLADE/ DISCS A LL BL ADE S MUS T B E HAN DLE D CAR EFU LLY A S THE Y ARE SH ARP! U SING T HE PR OCE SSI NG/ MI XING B LA DE Select either the processing or plastic mixing blade Place the processing /mixing blade over the drive shaft and push down.
8 T urn the lid clockwise – moving the ‘lid locking tab’ into the slot near the top of the motor unit - until the indicator line on the lid is aligned with the circle on the top of the bowl. A “click” sound will be heard, to indicate is correctly fitted.

10 Ch opping Us e proc essi ng blade Ing redie nt s Pr ocedu re ONIONS, VEGET ABLES, FRUITS, COOKED MEA TS Cut ingredients into approximately 2.5cm cubes. Place in processing bowl, up to 750g at a time. Process, using the PULSE switch until the ingredients are chopped as desired.
11 Mix ing Us e mixin g blade Ing redie nt s Pr ocedu re P ACKET CAKES – Place all the ingredients in the processing bowl. Process for 5 seconds using MAX speed, remove lid and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
12 Ing redie nt s Pr ocedu re ONIONS Peel the onions and halve if too large to fit into the feed tube. Place the onions in the feed tube, cut edge down. Process, exerting firm pressure on the food pusher . CARROTS, ZUCCHINI, EGGPLANT , BANANAS Prepare the foods in the usual way .
13 THE ST AINLESS STEEL COARSE GRA TING DISC For a wider choice of grating options we have included a coarse grating disc as well as a fine grating disc. For all foods, pack the tube firmly to ensure even results. Although firm pressure on the food pusher is recommended for some foods, do not press hard as the disc may jam.
14 THE BLENDER JUG Ing redie nt s Pr ocedu re DRINKS, MILKSHAKES Fill the jug to at least ½ full. Remember to leave room to allow froth to form as the drink is aerated. SOUPS, SAUCES (PUREEING LESS THAN 1 LITRE) Place mixture in the jug and blend on MED or MAX speed, until desired consistency .
