8 Assembly & Operation of Y our Food Pr ocessor Before First Use Before first use remove and safely discard any promotional labels and wash the food processor bowl , processor lid, processing blade and reversible disc in warm, soapy water . Dry thoroughly.
9 W ARNING: All blades must be handled carefully as they are sharp . Using the Processing Blade 1. Carefully remove the protective cover from the processing blade. 2. Hold the central plastic spindle of the processing blade and carefully place it over the drive shaft (see Fig.

11 For using the processing blade – with the ingredients inside the processor bowl, start the unit using the ‘ON’ or ‘PULSE’ setting. Before commencing ensure that the food pusher is in place to avoid splashing from the feed chute. Ingredients can be added through the feed chute whilst processing.
