8 USK DG R 31031- 100326 A - PREPARE MEAT • Place meat (roast) on a pla te or cu tting board. W ith a knife, cut and X-shaped slit through the center of the roast, large enough for the center heating element cover to fit in.
9 USK DG R 31031- 100326 USING THE ROTISSER I E • Place the lid, plug the un it on and press “ON/OFF” on ce. The unit will beep twice and the digital display will start flashing “00”. The “HIG” and “POULTRY” ind icator turn on, and the 4 light indicators for the heating elements will flash on.

Place on a large tray or sha ll ow pan. • Allow food to rest for 10 to 15 min utes for best results.
