8 English Basic Playback Operations While playing a CD, you can do the follo wing operations. T o stop play for a moment Press 8 . While pausing, the 8 (P ause) indicator lights up on the display . T o resume playback, press 3 . T o go to another track Press 4 / 1 or ¢ / ¡ before or during playback.
9 English Selecting Playback Modes T o exit from program play mode, press 7 again or CLEAR before or after play . The PR OGRAM indicator goes off . The pr ogram you hav e made is also erased. • When you press 0 , the program is also erased. Note: The display cannot sho w the hundred digit e ven if the total pla ying time exceeds 100 min utes.

W ith this recording method, recording automatically starts when digital signal comes into this unit, and stops automatically when signal stops coming in.

Only after this process is completed, a recorded CD-R or CD-R W can be played back on a CD player compatible with CD-R/CD-R W .
