4 LT-Z26S2 (ASIA) / LCT1 488-002A-H / English ENGLISH Setting up your TV • When you install the TV on the wall, only use a JVC wall mounting unit (optional) which is designed for this TV. • Ensure that the TV is installed on the wall by a skilled installer.
5 Setting up your TV LT-Z26S2 (ASIA) / LCT1 488-002A-H / English ENGLISH Putting the batteries into th e Remote control Use two AA/R6 dry cell batteries. Insert the batteries from the - end, making sure the + and - polari ties are corr ect. • Follow the warnings printed on the batteries.

Use a good quality 75-ohm coaxial cable. • Read the manual that came with the VCR befo re connecting. If not connecting a VCR (follow 1 1 1 1 ): Connect an aerial c able to the aerial sock et on this TV.

Follow the instructions on the on-screen display to make the initia l settings. 1 Make sure to set the VCR/TV/D VD switch to the TV position.

DIGITAL VNR The DIGITAL VNR function cuts down the amount of noise in the original picture. You can choose from the three DIGITAL VNR function settings of AUTO, MIN and MAX.

SOUND SETTING 22 LT-Z26S2 (ASIA) / LCT1 488-002A-H / English ENGLISH HEADPHONE You need to use the HEADPHONE menu to adjust the volume of the headphones. The HEADPHONE menu can also be used to set whether or not sound comes from the TV speakers when the headphones are being used and to perform the settings for the sound coming from the headphones.

By connecting a VCR to the OUT terminal, you can record the currently shown image and sound to that VCR.

US: The US channel numbers are the channel numbers used in the United States, Philippines, etc.
