- 6 - An optiona l belt clip i s supp lied with y our BE-10 0HT headset telephon e. It can be ea sily installed or rem oved as required. See Fi gu re 2 1. Insert th e belt clip mounti ng tabs into the corre spondi ng mountin g holes lo cated on the rear surface of the BE-100HT.
- 7 - INST ALLING YO UR HE ADSET T ELEPHON E The BE-100HT is a compl ete tele phone a nd can be u sed in the same manne r as any sing le line tel ephone. See F igure 3 1. Insert the pl ug from the he adset cord in to the modular jack marked HEA DSET on the left side of t he BE-100HT.
- 8 - USING T HE H E ADSET The BE-100HT is supplied with a hi gh qual ity micro phone to provide clear voic e co mmunic ations. The b oom microph one can be sw iveled to p osition so the headset can be used on eithe r ear. See Figure 4 OPERA TION 1. Place the he adband ov er your he ad with the s peaker on the ea r of your preference .

- 10 - 3. W he n you hear an incoming call rin ging, pu sh the BE-1 00HT TALK button (7). The BE-10 0HT telephone will a nswer the call and the IN USE LED will light. 4. Begin speak ing normal ly into the micropho ne. 5. After compl eting your c onversation, pu sh the TA LK button (7) to hang up an d dis connect the call.
