JCD3010 5 BASIC OPERATION Power On/Off ( ) Press the button (1) to turn the unit ON or OFF . Volume Control T o increase the volume, turn the AU DIO control (4 ) clockwise. T o decrease the volume, turn the AUDIO control counter-clockwise. If using the remote control, press the VOL / or VOL / button (24) to adjust the volume.
JCD3010 6 Display Selector (DISP) This unit can display either th e clock time or radio frequency/ CD player functions. Press the DISP button (6) on the control panel or remote control to displa y the time for approximately 5 seconds. The correct time of day can be set by pressing and hold ing the DISP button.

Press the AS/PS button (16) on the control panel (or the AMS button on the remote control) for more than three se conds to automatically select six strong stations and store them in the current band.
