The built-in ventilation system removes cooking vapors, odors and smoke from foods prepared on the cooktop, grill and grill accessories. Regular use of this system will insure a more comfortable and less humid kitchen which is free of heavy cooking odors and fumes that normally create a frequent need for clean- ing and rede c or a ting.

I Using the Grill J • Before the first use , wash your new gr i ll gra t es in hot soapy water , rinse and dry. Then "season" the su r face by wiping on a thin coating of cooking oil. Remove excess oil by wiping again with another paper towel.
