5 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS During use the appliance becomes hot. Care should be taken to avoid touching heating elements inside the oven. Accessible parts may become hot during use.
6 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Please pay attention to children whilst the cooker is in operation, as children do not know the rules of cooker use. In particular , hot surface burners, the oven chamber , grates, the door pane, and pans containing hot liquids standing on the hob may cause burns to children.
7 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Do not make your own alterations to the cooker in order to adapt it to a different type of gas, move the cooker to another place or make changes to the power supply . These operations may only be carried out by an authorised electrician or tter .
8 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS VENTILA TION The use of a gas cooking appliance results in the production of heat and moisture in the room in which it is installed. Ensure that the kitchen is well ventilated: keep natural ventila - tion holes open or install a mechanical ven- tilation device (mechanical extractor hood).

14 INST ALLA TION Clearances No shelf or oyerhang or cooker hood should be cl oser than a min imum of 65 0mm, but check with cooker hood manufacturer ’s rec- ommendations. T h e c o o k e r m u s t h a v e a s i d e c l e a r a n c e above hob level of 90mm up to a height of 400mm.
15 INST ALLA TION Connect to the gas suppły The iniet to the cooker is 1/2” BSP internal situated at the rear corner . Fit the bayonet connection. This should be located so as to ensure that the exible con - nector hose does not kink. Use a 900-1 125mm length of exible con - nector .

22 OPERA TION In order to switch on the grill you need to: set the oven knob to the position marked with , hea t the oven for appro xima tely 5 minut es (with the oven door shut).

24 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Oven The oven should be cleaned after every use. When cleaning the oven the lighting should be switched on to enable you to see the surfaces better . Th e ove n cha mbe r sho uld only be was hed with warm water and a small amount of washing-up liquid.
25 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Door removal In order to obtain easier access to the oven chambe r for cleaning, it is possibl e to remov e the door . T o do this, tilt the safety catch part of the hinge upwards (g. A). Close the door lightly , lift and pull it out towards you.
26 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 3. Pull the inner glass panel from its seat (in the lower section of the door). Re- move the inner panel (g. D, D1). 4. Clean the panel with warm water with some cleaning agent added. Carry out the same in reverse order to reassemble the inner glass panel.
