Assembly 5 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY: Unpack the box in a clear area. Check to make sure all components are present and in good condition. Do not dispose of the packing material until the assembly is completed. T ools have been pro vided for you to use when assembling this product.
FIGURE 1 Step 1: Attach Extrusions (45,97) to Main Frame (1) using Screws (56), W ashers (50), Bolts (58), W ashers (50) and Nuts (49). Step 2: Attach Extension Plate (34) to Extrusions (45,97) using four Screws (64) and four W ashers (50).
Assembly 7 FIGURE 3 Step 1: Connect Cables 27,8 and 71 to Cable 28. Step 2: Slide Main Upright (2) onto Main Frame (1). Be care- ful not to pinch the cables. Attach Main Upright to Main Frame using four Bolts (55), four W ashers (50) and four Nuts (79).
Assembly 8 FIGURE 5 Step 1: Connect Cables as shown. Note: Be careful not to pinch wires. Excess wire should be pushed back into Main Upright. Step 2: Attach Console (5) to Main Upright using four Screws (59). Note: The four Screws(59) will already be installed into the back of Console (5) when you remove it from the box.

Console Overview 10 CONSOLE BUTTONS: MODE: T o set function v alue for TIME, DIST , CAL, PULSE. RESET: R eturn to main function mode in STOP mode and clean all preset function v alues at zero. START/STOP: T o start or stop training RECOVERY: T o test hear rate reco very status.
Console Overview 11 FAN ON/OFF: Press the button to act or stop fan turning. BODY FAT: Press the button to start body fat measurement. CONSOLE FUNCTIONS TIME: Count up - No preset target, Time will count up from 00:00 to maximum 99:59 with each increment is 1 second.
Console Overview 12 TEMPERATURE: Screen will display room temper ature in sleep mode. CALENDAR: Screen will display year/month/da y in sleep mode. CLOCK: Screen will display time in sleep mode. BODY FAT: Y ou may test and have the BODY F A T advice when the computer is in ST OP mode.
Console Overview 13 BMR: Basal Metabolic Rate (metabolism) is the energy (measured in calories) expended by the body at rest to maintain normal body functions. BMI: Stands for Body Mass Index. BMI is a measure which takes into account a person’ s weight and height to gauge total body fat in adults.
Console Overview 14 T o make a permanent change, you must call up progr am again and repeat steps for each inter- val with new tension settings. WATT PROGRAM: In the program, the W A T T function will keep a constant value.
