Do not switch the pool cleaner ON if it is not fully immersed in water . Operating the cleaner out of water will cause se vere damage immediately and will result in loss of warranty .
4 iRobot V erro Owner’ s Manual Tips Tip Clean the filter bag regularly . V erro uses the force of the water pumped through its filter bag to maintain traction, par ticularly on the walls of the pool. If the filter bag is not kept clean, V erro will not clean properly and will not be able to climb the walls of the pool.

8 iRobot V erro Owner’ s Manual Using V er ro 2 Uncoil the floating power cord and spread it o ver the surface of the water . 1 Position the handle diagonally across V erro. Each time V erro cleans the pool, reverse the direction of the handle. This will help keep V erro from twisting the floating power cord and ensure more even coverage.
www .irobot.com 9 Using V er ro (cont...) 6 Ensure the Pow er Supply at least 12 feet from the pool and plug it into a GFCI outlet. Ensure the electric outlet has been properly grounded. Never leave the P ower Supply plugged in when V erro is not in use.

W ater will drain from V erro as it is lifted. 8 When V er ro has finished cleaning the pool it will stop automatically and the P ower Supply light will go OFF .
www .irobot.com 11 How V er ro W or ks V erro has a powerful motor that pumps 80 gallons of w ater per minute through the robot, generating suction at two vacuum intak es under the robot. The water passes through a filter bag that traps dir t and debris down to two microns in size.
12 iRobot V erro Owner’ s Manual Cleaning the F ilter Bag V erro uses the force of the water pumped through the filter bag to maintain traction on the pool floor bottom and walls. If the filter bag becomes clogged, V erro will not be able to clean as effectively and ma y have trouble moving along the bottom and up the walls properly .

Gently agitate and squeeze the bag while rinsing it until the water is clear .
