5 Unthread LEVER HANDLE, loosen SET SCREW and pull HANDLE off valve stem. T o remove Escutcheon assembly reverse steps in Step 3. TO GAIN ACCESS TO VAL VE FOR SERVICING Remove CARTRIDGE (1) by removing CARTRIDGE SCREWS (2) . Remove three SCREWS (3) from FIXA TION RING (4) and pull out PRESSURE BALANCING (5) unit.
