4 SW -12 Pow er On Plug your subwoofer’ s AC co r d into a wall outlet. Do not use the outlets on the back of the recei ver . Initially set the Subwoofer Le vel (V olume) Control ª to the “min” position. Tu rn on your sub by pr essing the Power Switch ‹ on the re ar panel.
5 SW -12 Infinity’ s Bass Optimization System is a simple-to-use, yet sophisticated, low-frequency calibr ation system. The subwoofer contains a parametr ic equalizer that you can adjust following the directions below . By following these instructions , you can impro ve the sound of your system.
6 SW -12 plays the tones fr om the test CD and recor ds the relativ e output lev el of each test tone, using the sound-lev el meter , on the pro vided measur ement template. After all the tones are complete , the template contains a response curv e for the frequencies below 100Hz.
