17 Connecting the gas The appliance should be connected to the mains or to a gas cylinder in compliance with current directiv es. Bef ore making the connection, chec k that the cooker is regulated f or the gas supply you are using. If not, follo w the instructions indicated in the paragraph “Adapting to diff erent types of gas”.

22 The cooker is equipped with a thermometer on the oven door which shows the temper ature inside the ov en in degrees centi- grade. Important Notice: In the ev ent the flame f or the ov en acciden- tally goes out, turn the control knob for the b urner to the off position and do not relight the burner f or at least one minute.
