For y our saf ety NEVER ● Allow children to pla y with or otherwise interfere with the dry er . NEVER ● Allow the air inlet at the bac k of the dr yer , the air outlet or v ent hose to be obstructed. NEVER ● Direct the vent hose outlet to wards the air intake at the bac k of the machine.

6 Features - Get to kno w the main par ts of y our dr yer Model and serial numbers NO TE: if y our dryer is new wipe out the inside of the drum before y ou first use it to remove an y dust which may have accum ulated during transit. NO TE: When the dryer is in use, av oid touching the back of the mac hine as it may be hot.
7 Where to put and vent y our dr y er Y our T umble Dryer should NO T be located adjacent to a gas hob cooker , heater , or eye le vel g r ill as flames from the b ur ners could cause damage to your machine . When the dr yer is fitted under a work surface allo w space for air to enter the rear grille, 10mm above the dr y er minimum.
8 Where to put and vent y our dr y er In conjunction with the vent hose w e recommend the use of a W all/Window V ent Kit. These are av ailable from y our retailer or nearest Spares Centre. Fitting instructions are supplied with the kits, which can be mounted through a wall or windo w .
Ho w to use y our dryer 9 Button Out LO W HEA T Button In HIGH HEA T 1. Plug in, s witch on electricity . 2. Sor t your laundry (see section “Sor ting Y our Laundry”) 3. Open the door . Check that the fluff filter is clean. Lift filter upwards , clean aw ay any fluff , replace filter correctly .

11 Sor ting y our laundr y 1. Alwa ys separate laundry into the correct fabric groups bef ore washing and drying. 2. See that all zips are closed, hooks and ey es are fastened and belt, strings etc. are tied loosely in bows, y ou will nor mally h ave done this f or each item before the washing stage .
12 W ash Care Labels Most of toda y’s f abr ics can be tumble dried in y our Dr yer with no trouble at all, b ut there are cer tain fabric finishes which should be dried awa y from direct heat. The majority of gar ments now ha ve w ash-care labels on them, giving full washing and drying instr uctions .
13 Items requiring special attention The dr ying requirements of b lankets and bedspreads will, of cou rse, vary tremendously according to size and weight. Some , howe ver ar e simply too big. if you hav e difficulty getting them into the Dr y er, the machine will hav e difficulty dr ying them properly .
14 Ho w to remo ve and c lean the Fluff Filter A very impor tant par t of y our Dr yer is the Fluff Filter at the front edge of the drum. It’ s there to trap the par ticles of lint and fluff which are normally blown a wa y when clothes are dried on the washing line.
