A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required For A ssembling the Machine: Tw o A djustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended for tw o or more people to assemble this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Do not tighten Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the two Ø 5/8” x Ø 1” Bushing s (#19) to the holes on the open bracket on the M ain Seat Support (#1). Attach the Left & and Rig ht Seat Bracket (#5 & #6) to the open br acket. Attach the pivot on the Backr est Support (#7) inside the openi ng.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Seat Pad to the Lef t & Right Seat Br acket (#5 & #6). Secur e them wi th four M6 x ¾” All en Bolts (#25) and four Ø ½” W ashers (#33). B.) Attach the Backr est Board to the Backrest Support (#7) . Secure it wi th two M8 x 1 ¾” Allen Bolts (#26) and tw o Ø 5/8” W ashers (#32).
