A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach the Right Up right Beam (#1) to a Re ar Stabilizer (#3).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide the Slidi ng Block ( #7) onto the Main Seat Suppor t (#6). Thread a M18 x ∅ 3/8” Lock Knob (#32) into the sel ected hole to hold the Slidi ng Block i n position. B.) Attach the Leg Developer Holder (#9) to the Front Stabilizer (#25).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the holes on the end of the Backrest Supports (#20) to the pi vot on the Sli ding Block (#7). Attach the Backr est Board (#21) to the Backr est Supports. Secure it w ith four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #55) and Ø5/8” W ashers (#57).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#11) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#9). Secur e it w ith an Axl e (#36), tw o M10 x 5/8” Allen Bol ts (#52) and tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#56). B.) Inser t one Foam Tube (#24) halfw ay thr ough the hole on the Leg Dev eloper Hol der.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Ar m Curl Pad ( #63) to the Arm Curl Stand (#10) . Secure it w ith two M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #54) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#57). B.) Inser t the Arm Cur l Stand into the top opening on the Leg Developer H older.
