A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inju ry . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide 9 W eight Plates (#50) onto the Gui de Rods (#5). Make sure t he deep groove on t he Weight Plate are facing down and towa rd the back of the Machine. B.) Al ign the hol es on the W eight Pl ates. Insert a Selector R od (#16) throug h the center hole.

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Seat Support (#9) to the Ver tical Fr ame (#3). Secure i t wi th two M 10 x 2 ½” Carri age Bolts ( #60), one 5 1/8” x 1 5/8” Bracket (#21) , two Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#70), and two M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#72). B.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach tw o Ø 1” x Ø ½” Bushi ngs (#53) to the holes on Upper Fr ame (#4). Attach the Front Press Base (#6) to the tw o Bushings. Secure it w ith one M12 x 3 3/8” Hex Bolt (#61), two Ø 1” W ashers (#71), and one M12 Airc raft Nut (#73).

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 136” Upper C able (#26) to the front openi ng on the Upper Frame (#4). NOTE: The Ball Stopper on the Cabl e needs to be underneath the Frame. B.) Attach a Pulley (#38) to the forw ard most opening .

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one end of the 108” Butter fly Cabl e (#27) to the hook on the Ri ght Butterfly (#8). D raw the Cable tow ards the rig ht open Swivel Pul ley Br acket (#17). B.) Attach a Pul ley ( #38) to the bracket.
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 142” Low er Cable (#28) to the openi ng on the bottom of the Leg Devel oper (#10) . B.) Attach a Pulley (#38) to the opening. Secure i t wi th one M10 x 2 3/8” Allen Bol t (#64), tw o ∅ 1” x ½” Pull ey Bushing s (#39), and one M10 Aircr aft Nut (#72).
