A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required For A ssembling the Machine: Tw o A djustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended for tw o or more people to assemble this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Do not tighten the Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Main Seat Support ( #3) to the Front Post (#4). Secure i t with tw o M10 x 2 3/8” Carri age Bolts (#32), one 6 ¼ ” x 3 ¼” Bracket (#14), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#36), and tw o M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#38). B.) Attach the Main Seat Support to the Cr oss Brace (#2).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Seat Bracket (#5) to the pi vot on the Main Seat Support ( #3). Attach the holes on the end of the two Backrest Supports ( #6) to the Seat Bracket.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#9) to the open br acket on Main Seat Support (#3) . Secure it with one Leg Devel oper Axle (#21) , two M10 x ¾” All en Bolt (#33), and tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#36). Do not over tight en the Bolts.
