CA GE A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that tw o or more people assemble this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Inser t two Gui de Rods (#13) i nto the holes on the W eight Gliding Base (#7). Secure each Guide Rod w ith one M10 x ¾” Allen Bolt ( #50) and Ø ¾” W asher (#52). B.) Sl ide tw o Ø 2 ½” Rubber Bumpers (#29) onto the two Guide R ods to the bottom.

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Sl iding W eight Post (#15) to the Sliding Frame (#8). Secur e it w ith two M 8 x 1 3/8” Carr iage Bolts ( #44), tw o Ø 5/8” W ashers (#53), and two M 8 Aircr aft Nut (#55). Make sure the triangular cable connecting bracket faces up.

STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the 128” Cable ( #24) to the open Pulley bracket on Rear Base Frame (#4). B.) Attach a Pulley to the bracket. Secure it w ith one M10 x 1 ¾” Allen Bolt ( #48), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#52), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#54).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Sl ide tw o Olympic Sl eeves ( #35) to the W eight Sliding Post ( #8). Attach tw o Spring Clips (#59) to the Sleeves. B.) Attach the Left and Rig ht Bar Catches (#11 & #12), Left and Right Safety C atches (#9 & #10) to selected slot on the tw o Upright Beams (#1).

BENCH A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach the Ben ch B ase Frame (#6) to the Re ar Stabilizer (#7). Secu re the side-ho le s with tw o M10 x 4” Car riag e Bolts (#41), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#31), and tw o M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#33).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the M ain Seat Support (#1) to the Bench Base Frame (#6). Secur e it with three M10 x 4” Carri age Bolts ( #41), three Ø ¾” W ashers (#31), and three M10 Airc raft Nuts (#33). B.) Attach the Fr ont & Rear Seat Bracket ( #4 & #5) to Main Seat Suppor t.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Al ign the br acket on the Backrest Adjustment Support ( #8) in betw een the two Backr est Supports (#3). Secur e it w ith four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #34), eig ht Ø 5/8” W ashers (#30), and four M8 Aircr aft Nuts (#32).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Backrest Board ( #13) to the Backrest Supports ( #3). Secure it w ith four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bol ts (#34) and four Ø 5/8” W ashers (#30). B.) Attach the Seat Pad (#12) to Fr ont & Rear Seat Bracket ( #4 & #5).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#2) to Main Seat Support ( #1). Secure it w ith one M10 x 3 1/8” Allen Bolt ( #38), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#31), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#33). B.) Inser t two Foam Tubes (#10) half way through the hol es on Leg Dev eloper.
