A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left and Rig ht Uprig ht Beams (#45 & #1) by a Cross Br ace (#2) in the M id- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Front Post (#5) to the M ain Seat Support (#4) . Secure it w ith five M 10 x ¾” Allen Bolts ( #44) and Ø ¾” W ashers (#41). DO N OT tighten the Bolts y e t. B.) Attach the Main Seat Support to the Cr oss Brace (#2).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Dev e loper (#7) to the open bracket on the Front Post ( #5). Secure it w ith one M8 x 3 3/8” Allen Bolt ( #37), tw o Ø 5/8” W ashers (#42), and one M8 Air craft Nut (#40). Do not ov er tighten the Nut and Bolt.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the si de holes on the tw o Backrest Supports (#12) to the pivot on the M ain Seat Support (#4). Pl ace the other end rest ag ainst the Backrest Adjustment Bar ( #9). B.) Attach the Backr est Board (#15) onto the Backr est Supports.
8 STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Insert tw o Foam Tubes (#11) halfway through the holes on the Leg D eveloper (#7). Push four Foam Rolls ( #13) onto the Tubes from both ends. Plug four Foam Roll End Caps (#25) into the ends. B.) Attach the Olympic Sl eeve ( #20) onto the w eight post on the Leg Devel oper.
