A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that tw o or more people assemble this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Pl ug four 2 ¾” x 2” End Cap (#21) onto the Left and Rig ht Upright Beams (#1) & ( #2).
6 STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the M ain Seat Support (#4) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#5) . Secure it w ith two M10 x 2 ½ ” Carr iage Bol ts (#41), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#39), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#50). Do not tighten the Nuts and Bolts y et.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the side- holes on the end of the Backrest Supports (#11) to the pivot on the M ain Seat Support (#4). Secur e them together w ith one M12 x 7 ¼” Hex Bol t (#43), tw o ∅ 1” W ashers (#40) and one M 12 Aircr aft Nut (#51).
8 STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#9) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#5). Secur e it w ith one Axl e (#54), tw o M10 x 5/8” Allen Bol ts (#45), and tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#39). B.) Inser t two Foam Tubes (#12) half way through the hol es on the Leg Dev eloper.
