A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools required assembling the machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended two or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (SEE DIA G RAM 1) A.) Connect the tw o Rear Upri ght Beams (#1) by a Cross Brace (#2) in the Mid-span.
STEP 2 (SEE DIA G RAM 2) A.) Attach the Front Stabilizer (#5) to the Main Seat Support (#3). Secure it with two M10 x ¾” Hex Bol ts (#43), four ∅ ¾” W ashers (#48), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#51) . DO NOT tighten the nuts and bolts y et. B.) Attach the M ain Seat Support (#3) to the Cross Brace (#2).
STEP 3 (SEE DIA G RAM 3) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#6) to the bracket on the Front Stabiliz er (#5). Secure it with one M10 x 2 ¾” Hex Bolt (#42), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#48), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#51). Do not over tighten the Nut and Bolt.
STEP 4 (SEE DIA G RAM 4) A.) Attach the side holes on the Backr est Supports (#14) to the Piv ot on the Main Seat Support (#3). Pl ace the other end rest against the Backr est Adjustment Bar (#9). B.) Attach the Backrest Board (#19) onto the Backrest Suppor ts.
8 STEP 5 (SEE Diagram 5) A.) Attach the ball end of the Cable ( #38) to the Pulley (#36). Place the Pulley in the open slot on the Lat Bar Fr ame ( #15). Secur e the Pul ley wi th one M 10 x 2 1/8” H ex Bolt (#41), tw o Bushings ( #37), and one M10 Aircr aft Nut (#51).
