A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches, two Allen Wrenches, and one Philips Screw driver. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide tw o Ø2 ½” x 1” Rubber Bumpers (#65) onto the Gui de Rods. B.) Sl ide 9 W eight Plates (#33) onto the Gui de Rods. Make sure the deep g roove on the W eig ht Plates all facing the back of the machine and downw ard.

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Front Pr ess Base (#11) to the Upper Frame (#4). Secur e it wi th one Long Ax le (#46), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#83) , and two M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#85) . B.) Attach the Rig ht Butterf ly (#6) to the Front Press Base ( #11).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#7) to the bracket on the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#1) . Secure it with a Leg Developer Ax le (#47), tw o M10 x 5/8” All en Bolts (#74), and tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#83). B.) Inser t two Foam R oll Tubes (#28) halfway through the hol es on the Leg Dev eloper and Leg Devel oper Holder .

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 142” Upper Cable (#35) to the opening at the f ront of the Upper Frame (#4). N ote: The Ball Stopper on the cable shoul d be underneath the Frame. B.) Attach a Pul ley (#63) to the opening .

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one end of the 119” Butter fly Cabl e (#37) to the hook on the Ri ght Butterfly (#6). B.) D raw the Cable to the ri ght Sw iv el Pulley Bracket (#21).
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 128” Low er Cable ( #36) to the open bracket on the bottom of the Leg Devel oper (#7). B.) Attach a Pulley to the bracket. Secure it w ith one M10 x 1 ¾” Allen Bolt ( #72), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#83), and one M10 Air craf t Nut (#85).
