A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o A djustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left & Rig ht Upright Beam ( # 1 & #2) by a Cr oss Brace (#4) in the mid span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the front of Main Seat Support (#3) to the Fr ont Post (#9). Secure it w ith two M10 x 3 1/8” Carriag e Bolts (#41), one 6 ¼” Bent Bracket (#18), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#49), and tw o M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#52). B.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Backrest Incline Suppor t (#13) to the side-holes on the tw o Backrest Supports (#12). Ali gn the holes. Secure it w ith one M12 x 7 ¼” Allen Bol t (#43), two Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#49), and one M12 Ai rcraft Nut (#52).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Backrest Board (#20) to the Backrest Supports (#12). Secur e it with four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bol ts (#45) and four Ø 5/8” W ashers (#50). B.) Place the Seat (#21) onto the Seat Suppor t (#11). Secure it w ith four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts (#45) and four Ø 5/8” W ashers (#50).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#8) to the M ain Seat Support. Secure it w ith an Axl e (#26), two M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#44) , and two Ø ¾” W ashers (#49). B.) Insert tw o Foam Tubes (#19) halfway through the holes on the Leg Developer .
