A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: One Adj ustable Wrench and A llen Wrench NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Lef t Stabilizer (#3) to the Left Upright Beam (#1).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Connect the Left & Rig ht Uprig ht Beams (#1 & #2) w ith one Dumbbell Rack (#5) on the top level . Alig n the holes then secure each end of the Rack wi th one M10 x 2 ¾” All en Bolt (#12) , two ∅ ¾ ” W ashers (#9), and one M10 Airc raft Nut (#14).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Insert a W eight Post (#6) i nto the hole on the side of the Left Upright Beam ( #1). Secure it w ith a M10 x 1 1/8” Allen Bolt (#11) and ∅ ¾” W asher (#9).
