A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people to assemble this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left Uprig ht Beam (#1) and Ri ght Upri ght Beam (#2) by a Cr oss Brace (#3) in the mi d-span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Main Stabiliz er (#21) to the Cross Brace (#3). Secure it with a 4 3/8” x 1 ½” Bracket (#43), tw o M10 x 2 ½” C arriag e Bolts (#28), ∅ ¾” W ashers (#33), and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#38) . B.) Attach the Front Support (#10) to the Main Stabiliz er (#21).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the hol e-side of Backrest Supports ( #9) to the piv ot on the Main Seat Support (#4). Secure i t wi th one M12 x 5 7/8” Hex Bolt (#13) and M 12 Aircr aft Nut (#37). Place the other end of Backrest Supports rest ag ainst the Backrest Adjustment Bar.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#6) to the open bracket on the Front Suppor t (#10). Secure it w ith one M10 x 3” All en Bolt (#30), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#33), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#38) . B.) Insert the tw o Foam T ubes (#8) halfw ay throug h the holes on the Leg Developer .
