A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required to A ssemble the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach the Main Fram e (#1) to the Front Stabilizer (#2).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach tw o Bushings (#23) to each Seat Suppor t Frames (#6). B.) Attach one Backr est Support (#7) to the Seat Suppor t Frame (#6). Align the hol es and secure them wi th one M10 x 1 5/8” Allen Bol t (#32), and one ∅ ¾” W a sher (#39).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Al ign the hol es on the two Backrest Suppor ts (#7) to the pivot on the Slidi ng Block (#9) . Secure them wi th one M10 x 6 ¼ ” Allen Bolt (#35), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#39), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#41).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat Incline Suppor t Bracket (#8) to the M ain Frame (#1) . Secure it w ith one M10 x 4 3/4” Allen Bol t (#34), tw o ∅ 3/4” W ashers (#39), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#41). D o not over tighten the nut and bolt.

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Pl ace the Seat Pad (#14) onto the Seat Support Fr ames (#6). Align the holes and secur e it wi th four M8 x 2” Allen Bolts ( #37) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#40). B.) Pl ace the Backrest Board (#15) onto the Backrest Supports ( #7).

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Insert the Leg D eveloper Holder ( #4) into the opening in front of the Seat. Secure it w ith a Lock Knob underneath the Seat. Attach the Leg D eveloper (#5) to the bracket on the Leg Developer Holder ( #4). Secure it w ith an Axle (#12) , two ∅ ¾ ” W ashers (#39), and two M 10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#31).
