Authentica tion inv olves l ogging into the de vice using a passw ord, fingerprint, or both . 11 T ROUBLESHOOTING cont . Difficulty closing de vice cap If the devic e cap is difficult to close, check the r ed rubber sealing ring on the main part of the devi ce . If the ring is slightly twist ed, use y our fingerna il to gently lift the ring and r oll it out of the groo ve to war ds the USB connector—about as far as the LEDs .
