5 Assembly 1. Carefully unpack all of the components, ma king sure to remove all packagin g. 2. Insert the bac k body into the power head and secure the back body w ith the screws. See fig.1. 3. Insert the removable han dle (A) into the body of the cleaner and press the handle release (L).

8 Suggested Pile He ight Setting You may need to choose a higher settin g to make some jobs easier, such as vacuuming scatter rugs and lon ger pile carpets. PLUSH (HIGH) : Sha g carpet, long pile , and plush scatter rugs – medium to lon g pile. BARE (LOW) : Short to medium pile, very low pile or bare floors.

11 Cleaning & Changing the Belt Over time the driv e belt will become worn and may start to slip meaning it needs to be replaced. To replace the drive bel t please follow the steps bel ow: 1. Unplug the cleaner from the mains. 2. Release the handle by pressing the handl e release pedal (Q).
