4 INTRODUCTION – The Hussmann Model GSVM open vertical merchandiser offers versatility in the display of medium temperature (35- 41ºF) products such as diary products, prepared salads, pizza and fresh entrees that are pre-chilled in a cooler.

6 AIR DISTRIBUTION and PRODUCT LOADING – This cabinet has a forced-air circulation system. Air flows through the back wall over the product on the shelves, as well as out the honeycomb diffuser located above the product, across the face of the product (air curtain) and into the return air grill.

11 LIGHTING – Interior lighting is provided by a cool wh ite fluorescent bu lb under the top header ( standard), and addit ional lig hts under each shelf. The tu bes are sleeved to maint ain proper heat around the bul b for maximum light intensity and to protect the product in case of breakage.

17 SHELF UPSLOPE ADAPTER KIT – This kit consists of (4) zinc coated wire adapters to increase the two standard shelves’ upslope from 1 1/2º to 6º. PRICE TAG MOLDING KIT – This kit consists of aluminum price tag mold ing for the standard shelves.
18 WARRANTY PARTS PROCEDURE Same as first three items in Ordering Replacement Parts Procedure. Give original i nstallation date of cabinet and, if possible, f orward a copy of the original i nvoice or delivery receipt.
