Be sure the ground wire attached to the hanger faces out of the large opening in the ceiling bracket.
www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 Wiring T urn the splices upward and push them carefully back through the hanger bracket into the outlet box. Spread the wires apart, with the grounded wires on one side of the outlet box and the ungrounded wires on the other side of the outlet bo x.
www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 With a Phillips head screwdriv er , install the four motor housing screws f ound in the hardware bag . Tighten all four screws securely . Motor Housing Screw Holes Motor Housing Screw Indentation Notch Raise the motor housing up over the motor and ceiling bracket.

www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 F eed the wire plug through the center hole of the upper switch housing , then wrap keyhole slots around the screws and twist counterclockwise. Screw two (2) housing assembly screws from the hardware bag halfwa y into the motor housing .

F ailure to properly secur e all three assembly screws could result in the light xture falling. Partially install two of the switch housing screws found in the bag.
www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 S witch Housing (continued) Maintenanc e, Oper ation & Cleaning Changing the direction of air ow - move the reverse switch to the opposite position. Cleaning the fan - use soft brushes or cloths to prevent scratching .
