3 When all the echo es are view ed side by side, an easy to interpret “gr aph“ of the bottom, fish, and structure appear s. The sou nd puls es are tran smitt ed at variou s frequencies depending on the applica tion. V ery high frequencies (455 kHz) ar e used for grea test definition but the operating depth is limited.
4 DualBeam PLUS™ Sonar (DualBeam PLUS™ models only [778c HD]) Y our 778c HD Fishing System u ses a 20 0/8 3 kHz Du alBe am P LU S™ son ar sys te m wi th a wi de (6 0°) ar ea of c o ve rag e.
5 Xtreme Depth Sonar (Xtreme Depth Series™ models only [778c HD XD]) Y our 778c HD XD Fishing System uses the XD transducer to pro vide extreme depth cover age with DualBeam PLUS™ technology . The Xtr eme Depth sonar beams can be operated at two fr equencies: 50 kHz (74°) and 200 kHz (20°).
