Remove the re ar webcam : 1. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board. 2. Release the zero in sertion force (ZIF) connector (1) to which the rear webcam cable is att ached, and then disconnec t the rear webcam c able from the sys tem board. 3.
4. Remove the rear webcam (3) and cable . Reverse this procedure to install the rear webcam. Front webcam Description Spare part number Front webcam (includes microphone and cable) 728159-001 Before removing the front webcam, fo llow these steps: 1. Turn off the tablet.
3. Remove the Phillips PM2.0×2.0 scr ew (3) that secures the front webcam to the display assembly. 4. Remove the front webcam (4) and cable . Reverse this procedure to install the front we bcam. Display panel cable NOTE: The displa y panel cable i s included in the Disp lay Panel Cable Kit, s pare part number 728142-0 01.
3. Remove the display panel cable (3) . Reverse this procedure to install t he display pa nel cable. Wireless antenna Description Spare part number Antenna Kit (includes wireless antenna cable and t ransceiver) 728134-001 Before removing the wirel ess antenna, follow these steps: 1.
4. Detach the wireless antenna transcei vers (4) from the surfaces of the battery and the display panel frame. (The wireless antenna transceiver is attach ed to the surfaces of the batte ry and the display panel frame with double-sided tape.) 5. Remove the wireless antenna.
Remove the p ower button boar d: 1. Release the ZIF connecto r (1) to which the power button boar d cable is attached, and then disconnect the power button board cab le from the system board. 2. Detach the power button board cable (2 ) from the battery.

Remove the keyboard base battery: 1. Disconnect the battery cable (1) from the k eyboard baseing board. 2. Remove the eight Phillips PM2.0× 2.5 screws (2) that secure the battery to the keyboard/ top cove r. 3. Remove the keyboard base battery (3) . Reverse this procedure to inst all the keyboard ba se battery.
Remove the m edia card reader bo ard: 1. Release the ZIF connecto r (1) to which the media card reader bo ard cable is attached, and the n disconnect the media card reader board cable from the docking board. 2. Detach the media card reader boar d cable (2) from the keyboard/top cover.
Before removing the hin ge assembly, follow th ese steps: 1. Turn off the tablet and keyb oard base. If you are unsure whether th e tablet and keyboard base are off or in Hi bernation, turn the tablet on, and then shu t it down through the opera ting system.

6 Backing up and recovering your data Updating apps, widgets, and the operating system HP recommends that you update your app s, widgets, and the operating system on a regu lar basis to the latest versions. Updates can re solve issues an d b ring new features and options to your tablet.
Factory data reset To reset all settings and dele te all data on the device: 1. To access Settings, touch t he All apps icon, and then touch Settings . 2. Under PERSONAL , touch Back up & re set . 3. Under PERSONAL DATA , selec t Factory data reset , and then follow the on-screen instructions.
7 Power cord set requirements The wide-range input fe ature of the computer permit s it to oper ate from any l ine voltage from 100 to 120 volts AC, or from 220 to 240 volts AC.
