Manage your Home screen You can customize the wid get area of your Home screen pages, add new pages, and rearrange pages. Manage th e widget area You can customize the widget area of yo ur Home screen pages by placing items of different sizes from the Widget Library onto the 4 by 4 gr id.
View the Widget Li brary To view the Widget Library: 1. Touch the Widg ets app, and then touch OK . 2. Swipe left and right w ith your finger to see all avail able widgets. The grid space that each widget covers is shown in the small grid to t he right of the wi dget icon in the Widg et Library.
To add a new Home scre en page: 1. From the Ho me screen, swipe your finger to the left, past each of the Home screen pages, until the empty page appears. 2. Tap the empty Home screen page, and then touch OK to display the Manage Widget screen with th e Widget Library.
4. When you are finishe d making changes, t ouch Done to save the changes and return to the Home s creen. NOTE: You can also access the area for a dding a new Home scree n page using the Widget App , or by touching the Menu button and selecting Manag e Home screen .
Manage your apps Your apps ar e stored in the A pp Favorites b ar and the A pp Drawer. You can rearrange, add, sort and delete apps. You can also add Web Book marks to your App Drawer. View all apps in the A pp Drawer Touch the tab at the top o f the App Favorite s bar to open the App Draw er.
NOTE: Make sure you have an inte rnet connection to the HP eStation Ze en before attemptin g to add an app. Sort apps Apps in the App Drawer can be sorted alphabet ically or by category. If you sort by category, the apps are g rouped by Apps, Print App, and Bookmarks.
Date and time settings Touch Date & Time Settings on th e upper right of the Syste m Dashboard screen. You can set the date, time, ti me zo ne, time format , and date format.
Wireless settings fo r the HP eStation Zeen and the main printer Touch Wireless Settings on the Display Wireless ba r or Printer Wireless bar on the System Da shboard screen. Use the wireless settings to connect the HP eStation Zee n and the main prin ter to a wireless network, and to check the connection stat us.
Sync the HP eStation Zeen and the main pr inter to the same wireless n etwork When both the HP eStation Zee n and the main printer are in range of the same wireless netwo rk, they can both be connected to it, a nd can communicate with each other through that network.
To adjust the volume of music and videos that are p layed on the HP eStatio n Zeen, touch the plus (+) o r minus (-) controls next to Media Volume . To adjust the volume of the printer sounds, touch the plus (+) or minus (-) controls next to Printer Volume .

9. Now you can safely remove the min i USB cable from the HP eStat ion Zeen and from you r PC. 10. On your HP eStation Z een, touch the Files app. Touch the Digital Editi ons folder to fi nd the book you just copied. Touch the book to open and re ad it.

When you use eFax®, you r document is scanned by the pri n ter, sent wirelessly to eFax 's® server, and then on to the receiving fax number. To use the eFax® b rand service, the printer mu st have an internet connection and Web Services must be enabled so the printer can communi cate with eFax's® server.
4. Enter the fax number on t he keypad and touch Continue . You r document is scanned. W hen scanning is complete, you are aske d if yo u have more pages to fax. 5. If you have more pages to fax, to uch Yes , remove your first original from the sca nner glass and replac e it with the next one.

Depending on your sof tware program, t his button might be called Properties , Options , Printer Setup , Printer , or Preferen ces . NOTE: When printing a photo, you must select options for the specific phot o paper and photo enhan cement.
11. In the Basi c Options are a, select a high print qua lity, such as Best , from the Print Quality drop-dow n list. NOTE: To achieve the hig hest resolution, you ca n use the Maximum dpi setting with supported types of photo paper. If Maximum dpi is not listed in the Print quality drop-down list, you can enable it fro m the Advanced tab.

Any third party possessing the cart ridge might have access to the anonymous information on the memory chip . If you prefer to not all ow access to this informati on, you can render the chip i noperable. Howe ver, after you render the memory chip inoperabl e, the cartridge cannot be used in an HP produ ct.
Reset the product ▲ Turn off the product , and then unplug the power cord. Plug t he power cord back in, and th en press the On button to turn on the product.
HP Photosmart eStation C510 series - 'Incompatible Ink Cartridges' Error Message Appears on the Product Display. Remove and reinsert the cartridges and veri fy that they are fully inserted and locked in place. Also, make sure the ca rtridges are installed into the correct slots.
HP Photosmart eStation C510 series - 'Non-HP Cartridges installed' Error Message Appears on the Product Display Follow the prom pts on the display to continue, or replace the indicated cartri dges with genuine HP cartridges. HP recommends tha t you use genuine HP cart ridges.
b . Press tab on cartridge, th en remove it from slot. Press the tab on the cartri dge to remove it 3. Insert new cartridge. a . Remove cartridge f rom the packaging. Remove cartridge from the pa ckaging. b . Twist orange cap to snap it off. A forcefu l twist may be required to remo ve cap.
c . Match the color and icon of each cartridge to the color and icon of each slot. Insert the cartridge into the slot until it clic ks into place. Install the cartridge s d .
The print carriage move s to the center of the product. Open the cartridge door c . Remove a cartridge b y pressing on the tab and remo ving the cartridge from the slot. d . Reinsert the cartridge by sliding it forward into the sl ot until it clicks. Reinsert a cartr idge in the correc t slot e .
b . Reinstall the ink cartridge. It should now snap dow n into place. c . Close the access door, and check if the error messa ge has gone away. d . If you still receive t he error message, turn the prod uct off, and then on ag ain.
c . Locate the ink ca rtridge that is in dicated in the error m essage, and then press the ta b on the ink cartridge to release it from the slot. Press the tab on the cartri dge to remove it d . Hold the cartrid ge by its sides wi th the bottom pointing up and locate the elect rical contacts on the cartridge.
h . Reinsert the cartridge. Reinsert the car tridge i . Close the cartridge door. j . If you still receiv e the error message, turn the prod uct off, and then on ag ain. Solution five: Repl ace the cartri dges ▲ If the error has not be en resolved in the so lution above, contin ue with this solution.
4. Remove all of th e ink cartridges and place them on a piece of pa per with the ink op ening pointing up. To remove the in k cartridges a . Push in the tab on the ink cart ridge you want to rep lace to release it fro m the slot. b . Pull the ink cartridge up and th en toward you out of its slot to remove it.
7. Clean the print head. There are three areas of the printhead tha t need to be cleane d; the plastic ram ps on both sides of th e ink nozzles, the edge betwe en the nozzles and the el ectric al contact s, and the elect rical contacts.
c . Use a fresh, light ly-dampened, lint-free cloth to wipe the plasti c ramps on both sides of the nozzles. Wipe away from the n ozzles. d . Wipe the previously cl eaned areas dry with a dry lin t-free cloth before p roceeding to th e next step. 8. Make sure the latch han dle is raised, and t hen reinsert t he printhead.
10. Reinsert the ink cartridges. To reinser t the ink cartrid ges ▲ Using the colored shaped icons for help , slide the ink cartridge into the em pty slot until it clicks into place and is seated firmly in the slot. Make sure that you insert the ink ca rtridge into the slot th at has the same shaped icon and color as the one you are instal ling.
If the issue pe rsists, try the next solution.
