25 A. Cleaning and Sanitizing Instructions Hoshizaki recommends cleaning and sanitizing this unit at least twice a year . Mor e frequent cleaning and sanitizing , howe ver , may be r equired in some e xisting water conditions. W ARNING 1 . T o pr e vent injur y t o individuals and damage to the icemak er , do not use ammonia type cleaners.
