2 Fill in and r etain The HOOVER vacuum cleaner you have just purchased is a lightweight hand- held cleaner . It is designed for quick cleanups on carpet, rugs or upholstery .

4 Br ushed edge cleaning Br ushed edge cleaning is provided on both sides of the nozzle to remove dust and lint along edges of baseboards and furniture. Guide either side of the nozzle along edge as shown. 2-4 3. Maintenance Maintenance Familiarize yourself with the home main- tenance tasks presented in the following sections.
