Ins tall the cont rol unit to th e vehicle panel: • Partially thread the 6 mm flange nut onto the control unit bracket stud. Inse rt the control unit bracket stud into the hole in the vehicle panel.

At the left taillight, secure the back-up sensor harness to the vehicle h arness wit h one wire t ie. 16. Plug the back-up sensor harness 14 -pin connector into the co ntrol unit, and rou te the harness fo rward along the vehicle harn ess.

Wrap the cu t pieces around the bee per harness shown . 20. Install the connector clip to the beeper 2-pin connector.

While wearing eye protec tion drill the rear bumper: NOTE: Center sensors are 26 mm holes, side sensor s are 24 mm holes. • From the outside of t he bumper, drill all eight pierced marks using a 3 mm drill bit.

At each green tape location, attach the back-up sensor subharness to the rear bumper with four harness tapes.
