SUPERCHARGER REGULATOR P/N 512-505 The Holley SUPERCHARGER REGULATOR (SR ) is a supplemental fuel pressure regulator designed to increase the fuel pressure on supercharged engines during boost conditions.
2 INTRODUCTION Holley Performance Products ha s written th is manual for the installation of the Supercharger Regulator . This m anual contains all the information needed to install this product. Please read all the WARNING S, NOTES, and TIPS , as they contain valuable information that can save you time and m oney.
3 STATIC FUEL PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT The Supercharger Regulator come s preset from the factory at 40±1 PSI. Unless another setting is desired, this d oes not have to be changed.
4 PLATE INSTALLATION To install the plates, remove the six 5/32 allen-hea d screws from the regulator. Carefully remove the top cover, and put the f irst plate under the diaphragm, as indicat ed in Figure 3. Install the second plate on top of the dia phragm, as shown in Figure 4.
