BOWL PLACEMENT The bowl must be installed before the agitator is inst alled. To install t he bowl, lower the bowl sup port and position b owl so the alignment pins on the left side of the bowl sup port fit in the holes in the bowl tab. ( Fig. 3) Place the slot ted tab on bowl into the low er part of the pin.
PREPARE FOR MIXING 1. Place the mixing bowl on the bowl supp ort. 2. Pour ingred ients into the bowl. 9 3. Swing th e bowl back to the mix position. 4. Place the a gitator inside the bowl, an d then attach it to the agitator shaft (Fig. 6). 5. Lift bowl sup port.
Using the Count-Down Mode (T imed Mixing) 1. Turn the SPEED dial to s elect a mix speed. a. If the count-u p mode was used for the previo us batch, the desi red time needs t o be entered. b. View Recipe When the mixe r is in RECIPE mode, you can vie w the step settings of an y recipe. 1 . P r e s s t h e S E L E C T / S A V E b u t t o n . A . Display will alternate between spe ed and time. B . The LED o f the step being displa yed will flash.
13 NOTES: x If a value has been assigned for a step number, that LED will be lit. x The LED for the selected step will blink. x If the default value is still assigned to a step, the LED will not be lit. x When programming, the Recipe and Time Selectors are disabled.
UNLOADING 1 . Open the bowl guard wire cage assembly. 2 . Lower bowl support. 3 . Remove the agitator from the agitator shaft. 4. Slightly lift the bowl off the pin (r ight side), pull bow l to the front a nd remove from the bowl support (left sid e).
Remove and Clea n Bowl Guard Wire Ca ge ( F i g . 1 1 ) 1. Rotate wire cage to your left un til the three carr iers align with the car rier escape slots in the circular ridge of the planetary drip cup. 2. Lift the wire cage straight up so the ca rriers escape from th e slots on the drip cup.

To reach these areas, fully lower the bowl support and remove the apron, which is secured by slotted screws.
