INSTANT RECORDING 42 INSTANT RECORDING Instant Recording T im er ( IRT) allows y ou to mak e s implif ied tim er rec ording without using the program timer. Be s ure that clock is set to the c orrect tim e before IRT . 1. Follow the steps 1 through 6 on "RECO RDING TV PRO GRAM" on page 25.

It erases the form er video and it als o erases the audio recorded on the VHS Hi- Fi trac k. It does not aff ect the audio form er ly recorded on the linear track .
