— 3 — English IMPORTANT INFORMATION Read and understand all of the operating instructions, safety precautions and warnings in the Instruction Manual before operating or maintaining this compressor. Most accidents that result from compressor operation and maintenance are caused by the failure to observe basic safety rules or precautions.

— 5 — English 14. OUTDOOR USE EXTENSION CORDS. When compressor in used outdoors, use only extension cords intended for use outdoors and so marked. 15. STAY ALERT. Watch what you are doing. Use common sense. Do not operate this compressor when you are tired.
— 6 — English breakdown. Accordingly, be sure to discharge the drain inside the air tank after each use. The drain contains moisture in the air, abrasion particles, rust, etc. To drain the air tank open valve slowly and tilt compressor to empty accumulated water.
— 7 — English GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This compressor should be grounded while in use to protect the operator from electric shock. The compressor is equipped with a three-conductor cord and three-prong grounding type plug to fit the proper grounding type receptacle.

— 9 — English SPECIFICATIONS OIL TYPE CHART 2. Location (1) In order to avoid damaging this compressor, do not incline this compressor transversely or longitudinally more than 10 ° . El compresor esta equipado con un cable de tres conductores, y enchufe de tres terminales para encajar en un tomacorriente de tipo puesta a tierra.

— 35 — Espa ñ ol Fig. 3 (4) Compruebe que la v á lvula de sobrepresi ó n funciona correctamente (Fig. 4). Esta v á lvula est á concebida para evitar fallos del sistema, de forma que elimina presi ó n del equipo cuando este aire comprimido alcanza un nivel predeterminado.
— 36 — Espa ñ ol NOTA: El equipo debe seguir en marcha mientras se realizan los siguientes ajustes. El motor del compresor est á provisto de un dispositivo de protecci ó n t é rmica con rearme manual (bot ó n pulsador), que detiene el compresor cuando la temperatura es demasiado alta.
